Borea sells Workshop Bemanning og Kompetanse to Manpower

Borea has sold 100 percent of the shares in Workshop Bemanning og Kompetanse to Manpower. Workshop Bemanning og Kompetanse is specialist recruitment agency within the construction sector and the largest of its kind in Norway.

The company had a turnover of NOK 232 million in 2012 and had between 700 to 100 employees on the books.

The acquisition of Workshop Bemanning og Kompetanse will allow Manpower to strengthen its presence in the construction sector, one of the staffing industries fastest growing segments.
