AAC Capital Partners acquires Enerpoint

AAC Capital Partners has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Energate from the Finnish private equity firm Profita Management and the company's founders.

Energate is the parent company of the Enerpoint, a low cost leader in control systems for residential building automation, temperature regulation and LED solutions in Northern Europe. During 2003 - 2011, the company's revenues have grown from EUR 5 million to EUR 16 million. The company employs approximately 170 persons in four countries.
