Verdane's portfolio company WRAP International has signed an agreement with the Spanish technology company Oesía, granting Oesía the exclusive sales representation rights of WRAP's software portfolio in all Spanish speaking countries.

The alliance agreement will enable WRAP to enter the Latin-American market, where Oesía has increased its presence in recent years. As a result of the agreement, the companies have decided to jointly launch a Network Optimization Service focused on Mobile Operators in the region.
