Verdande Technology receives new funding
Verdande Technology has received a total of NOK 40 million in new funding. Existing investors Proventure and Energy Capital Management are joined by Investinor in the finance round.
Investinor is leading the finance round with an investment of NOK 19.7 million in the company. Verdande Technology was founded in 2004 by a group of professors and students at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim. The company's technological platform is based on the so-called CBR (case-based reasoning) principle developed at NTNU and SINTEF. The company has 24 employees in Trondheim, as well as ten people at its regional office in Houston.
