Vaekstfonden invests in AquaZ
The Danish Company AquaZ has received funding of several million DKK from Vaekstfonden, Elsweb and Bankinvest.
AquaZ is developing a new technology for water purification which is far more efficient than prevalent methods and requires less energy. The technology will be able to purify water 5 times as quickly as traditional methods and with a reduction in energy consumption of up to 70 percent, according to AquaZ CEO Jørgen Steen-Pedersen.
The capital will be used to further develop the AquaZ membrane technology.
