Spring Energy has been awarded the Norwegian Continental Shelf Business Developer of the Year 2009 by Rystad Energy.

The jury selected Spring Energy to receive the prestigeous award for their early results and value creation. They praised the company´s business model for its focus on commercial value, deal making capabilities, and for gaining support from a high quality investor.

The other nominees were Amerada Hess, Aker Exploration / Det Norske and Bayerngas.
