Silex raises SEK 150 million for continued growth

Silex Microsystems AB, a Swedish manufacturer of complex mechanical and electric systems on a micro scale, is issuing new shares to expand its manufacturing capacity.  

The issue, worth SEK 150 million, is being subscribed to by Priveq Investment and Northzone. CapMan, the current principal owner of the company, is also taking part in the new issue.
