Sentica invests in health care service provider Pihlajalinna
Sentica Partners has acquired the majority of the shares in Finnish health care services provider Pihlajalinna Oy.
Pihlajalinna, founded in 2001, is one of the largest Finnish companies providing private health care services. Pihlajalinna employs around 300 general practitioners, specialists, nurses and other health care professionals.
The transaction creates a strong private health care service provider with the ability to win larger contracts and grow through acquisitions.
