Sentica Buyout Fund III closes at EUR 113 million
Sentica Partners' third buyout fund, Sentica Buyoy Fund III, attracted commitments of EUR 113 million from 15 leading institutional investors.
The fund exceeded its target size of EUR 100 million and about one third of the fund's investment commitments have been obtained from European funds of funds.
Sentica Buyout Fund III will focus on portfolio companies that are valued in the rage of 15-50 million. The investment size is set to be around 5-15 million.
The fund made its first investments already in early August, investing in IT service provider Integware Descom Oy.
