Segulah exits NEA

Segulah has sold Swedens second largest technical services provider NEA to the leading technical services provider in Europe, Imtech from the Netherlands.

The NEA group has almost 2 200 employees and revenues of about SEK 2.5 billion. Imtech states that they are looking forward to strengthen their top 3 position in the Nordic countries following the acquisition.

This is the third exit from Segulah III's portfolio of ten initial investments. Imtech has previously acquired NVS Installation from Segulah II in 2008.

The acquisition is subject to the approval of the Swedish competition authorities. The closing of the acquisition is expected at the end of July 2010.
