Scope invests in Wright Trafikkskole
Scope has invested in Norway's leading driving school, Wright Trafikkskole AS, through its Scope Growth II L.P. fund. Scope's ownership is 65 per cent.
Founder Kevin Wright will continue on as CEO and a significant minority shareholder, in addition to retaining his seat on the Board of Directors.
Wright Trafikkskole offers driving education for all types of vehicles and has 17 offices and 80 employees. Sales in 2009 exceeded NOK 80 million.
The company has experienced strong growth in recent years with sales in 2009 exceeded NOK 80 million. Scope aims to help the the company acheive further growth in Norway and Scandinavia.
