Scope aquires majority of Brand Factory Group AB
Scope Growth II LP fund has acquired a majority of Brand Factory Group AB. Brand Factory will be supported by their new owners to continue their expansion in the Nordic and Baltic markets for corporate, trademark and product branding.
Brand Factory has an annual turnover of SEK 300 million and a staff of 180 people.
Brand Factory currently operates in the Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian and Estonian markets and has production facilities in Esbo, Sveg, Linköping and Tallinn.
