Since 2005 PANDORA and KasiGroup have enjoyed a fruitful collaboration with their sales and marketing activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. With effect from the 1st of January 2010, the companies have decided to further strengthen their joint efforts through the formation of a jointly owned company. The new joint entity is to ensure the current sales activities in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, in addition to expanding sales to Holland and Italy.
