Norvestor V announced today its intention to make a voluntary tender offer to acquire Intelecom Group ASA, at NOK 6 per share. This equals a total consideration of all the shares of about NOK 173 million.  

The Board of Directors are expected to recommend the shareholders to accept the offer, and closing is thought to happen by December 2008.
