Norvestor acquires Wema
Norvestor today announced there are to purchase 70 % of the Wema Group, a holding company of Wema System AS, Wema International AS and Wema Overseas AS.
The group is a global supplier of diesel and AdBlue level sensors, used to reduce highly toxic Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) emissions from trucks. The company is also a supplier of other products to the marine agriculture and construction industries.
Over the last few years the Wema group has experiences strong growth. In 2007 it had a turnover of NOK 240 million and EBITDA of NOK 31 million.
