Norstel attracts EUR 15 million in funding
Norstel AB has announced the completion of a very significant funding round. Argentum-backed funds Northzone Ventures, Creandum and Eqvitec have collaborated with a number of international investors in the EUR 15 million finance round.
The financing round is a significant event for Norstel as it evolves to become a major supplier of silicon carbide wafers and materials. Norstel is engaged in the development of leading edge silicon carbide materials technology.
