Nordstjernan completes Rosti deal
Nordstjernan's portfolio company Stella Plastic Holding has completed the acqusition of Rosti Technical Plastic Holding, part of the Rosti Group.
The merged company will be named Rosti Technical Plastics, and their main office will be located in Copenhagen. The new company will have a turnover of EUR 175 million and about 1 800 employees.
