Investor acquires Aleris

Investor has bought Aleris from EQT III for approximately SEK 4.4 billion.

Aleris is a market leading health care and care services provider in the Nordic region. The company has around 5,000 employees and reported sales of approximately SEK 3.9 billion and EBITDA of approximately SEK 400 million in 2009.

EQT III has owned Aleris for five years and the company's turnover has had an annual growth rate of 22 percent during this period. Following the transaction, Investor will own 97 percent of the company.
