New round of private equity funding for Aptomar

Existing investors Statoil Venture and ProVenture Seed have participated in a finance round for the Norwegian company Aptomar, along with Investinor.

Investinor has commited NOK 17.5 million of the total funding of NOK 35 million. After the first tranche, Investinor will own 15.8 per cent of the company.

Aptomar develops and sells high-tech security and navigation equipment to the maritime and offshore sectors.
