Investinor invests in Padtech

A private placement takes Investinor’s ownership in Padtech to 14.1 per cent after investing NOK 8 million in the company.

Participating in a private placement together with existing shareholders, Investinor invests NOK 8 million in Padtech AS. Padtech has developed and patented an innovative packaging method for liquids and creams. Padtech´s novel packaging devise allows the users to bring single-dose Pads wherever and whenever they are on the move.

Following the private placement, Investinor will own 14.1 per cent of Padtech AS and Jan Hassel, Investment Manager of Investinor, will become a member of Padtech’s board.
