Investinor invests in Målselv Utvikling
Investinor has invested NOK 15 million in the Norwegian leisure activity company Målselv Utvikling.
Målselv Utvikling was established in 2005 and is aiming to become the leading full-year travel destination in Northern Norway. The companys long-term ambition is to succeed in the international tourism market.
The total capital injection in the company is NOK 52 million and co-investors include Sparebanken Nord-Norge Invest, SIVA and Luma Invest. Investinor will own 22.5 percent of the company following the transaction.
