Investinor invests in GasSecure
Investinor has invested in GasSecure, a company which is to develop and sell the world´s first wireless gas detector. The new product will be produced at a lower cost and offer greater flexibility than today´s wired alternative. GasSecure is based on technology developed by Norwegan SINTEF ICT.
Investinor has invested in the company along with a consortium of investors including SINTEF Venture, Proventure Seed and Viking Venture. In total the company will receive an investment of NOK 33 million.
The company is founded and headed by CEO Knut Sandven and CTO Håkon Sagberg and is located in Oslo.
