Investinor invests in ExproSoft
Investinor has invested in Norwegian energy company ExproSoft AS. ExproSoft is a international and independent provider of risk and reliability studies, technology qualification services and related software/database products for the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry.
ExproSoft was spun out from SINTEF ten years ago and can today count industry giants such as Shell, BP, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Statoil og Total as their costumers.
In 2009 the company revenues were NOK 16.5 million and Exprosoft has 12 employees. The Company is head quartered in Trondheim, Norway and has offices in Houston Sandnes.
Investinor is investing a total of NOK 27.5 million together with Viking Venture, and the two parties will own 42.3 percentage of the company after the investment.
