Both Real Deals and Dagens Næringsliv are reporting that ISS, part of EQT´s portfolio, is starting to move towards an IPO.

According to the company´s half year report, it has started a process of strategic reviews, which will also include future plans for an IPO.

The company is owned by two of EQT´s funds. EQT Fund III and EQT Fund IV own 55 percent of the company whilst Goldman Sachs Capital Partners own a further stake.

ISS is one of the world’s largest commercial providers of Facility Services with more than 100,000 business-to-business customers worldwide.

The company has operations in 50 countries in Europe, Asia, North America, South America and Australia. The five core business areas in the Facility Service concept are Cleaning, Property Services, Catering Services, Office Support and Security Services.
