HitecVision merges four of its portfolio companies to form the AT Group (ATG). The group will consist of the companies: Aarbakke Group, Technor, Valco and Vector. 

The new entity will serve customers in the sectors Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Marine and power stations. The company will employ approximately 1200 people and generate revenues in excess of NOK 2 billion. 

AT Group is present in all the main Energy and Marine markets and has operations in 14 countries around the globe.
