Handicare continues is onward surge

Handicare has agreed to acquire 100 percent of the shares in British Minivator. Minivator is one of the world`s largest manufacturers and installers of stairlifts.

Minivator, previously owned by private equity firm Gresham PE, has experienced strong growth and development over the last year, despite market hardships. The company has expanded to North America and Germany, in addition to opening a production facility in Asia. 

The transaction is waiting on the approval of the British Competition Commission.
