Final closing for Polaris' third fund
Polaris has completed the final closing of its third private equity-fund, raising a total of EUR 365 million.
The fundraising exceeds Polaris' initial target of EUR 350 million. The fund will focus on small and medium sized businesses in Denmark and Sweden. Commitments to the fund were provided by the initial Danish investor base, as well as a significant number of new investors. The number of investors has more than doubled, with international investors accounting for nearly 40 per cent of the fund.
