FSN III acquires Norman

FSN Capital III has signed an agreement to acquire 83 percent of Norman ASA, a leading security software company.

The company was founded more than 20 years ago and operates in the antivirus and anti malware segments of the software industry. The company had total revenues of approximately NOK 280 million in 2008.

It is Ola Holding, a company fully owned by FSN Capital, who has submitted a voluntary cash offer for the shares of Norman ASA, at a price of NOK 28 per share.

Norman ASA will be FSN Capital III’s fourth investment.
