Eqvitec Partners has announced that it has decided to sell its mezzanine business to Armada Mezzanine Capital Oy . Eqvitec will now focus its operations on equity-based growth financing. 

The disposal of the mezzanine operations allows Eqvitec to focus purely on equity investments in Nordic technology-oriented growth companies.

Armada Capital was established by a team who were previously responsible for Eqvitec´s mezzanine business. Furthermore, the spin-out creates the leading independent mezzanine firm solely focused on the Nordic region. Armada Mezzanine´s funds under management exceed EUR 150 million.
