Energy Future Invest backs silicon recycling company
Norwegian – based SiPro, a silicon recycling company, has received a NOK 14 million investment from Energy Future Invest and Novus Energy Partners. The investment will further develope SiPro´s leading position as a silicon recycler and will finance the company´s new Singapore facility, which will have a production capacity of 2000 MT/yr.
SiPro was founded in 2006 as a spin-off company from a world leading PV company. Its modern technology and lean organization has strengthened SiPro´s position as cost leader. The Company has 30 employees in Norway and its main owners are Novus, EFI and MNU.
