ESML Interessenter, owned by EQT V, will initiate a compulsory squeeze-out in Securitas Direct. The company made a public offer for the shares in Securitas Direct, which was completed in March 2008.
Following numerous acquisitions the firm now owns a 99.58 % stake in Securitas Direct.
