Cubera closes a new secondary fund
Cubera private equity held the final close of Cubera V in June, 2010. The new fund is a secondary fund, set up to acquire shares in mature Nordic private equity funds.
The acquisition of a portfolio of private equity funds from a Norwegian pension fund was the new fund`s first investment.
