Consti Yhtiöt acquires Jalora Group and Saneerausliike Myllymäki
Consti Yhtiöt, one of the leading comprehensive building renovation companies in Finland, has acquired façade renovation companies, Saneerausliike Myllymäki and Jalora Group.
Although both companies operate within the façade renovation segment, Saneerausliike Myllymäki is renowned as an expert of thin plastering techniques, wheras Jalora Group focuses on renovations of traditional and historical façades as well as on demanding glazing projects.
Furthermore, Saneerausliike Myllymäki focuses on southern Finland whereas Jalora Group operates in the Tampere and Oulu regions.
After these transactions Consti Yhtiöt’s façade business’s pro forma turnover is approximately EUR 45 million.
Since Intera invested in the company in 2008, Consti Yhtiöt has followed an aggressive growth strategy. Counting today´s add-on acquisitions, Consti Yhtiöt has acquired a total 4 companies in 2010 alone, including Saneerausliike Myllymäki, Rakennus-Lundén Jalora Group and KI-VI. In 2009, the company acquired a futher three including JRH-Yhtiöt, Raitayhtiöt and Espoon LVI-Sisustus.
