It has been reported that Cardinal Foods has applied for a listing at the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Cardinal Foods is one of the largest suppliers of white meat and eggs in Norway, encompassing daughter companies such as Norsk Kylling, Den Stolte Hane, Vestfold Fugl, Jærkylling and Arne Magnussen. Private equity funds managed by CapMan are the company´s largest shareholders.
Handelsbladet FK reports that Cardinal Foods has applied for a listing at the Oslo Stock Exchange. A listing will open the way for CapMan to exit the copmpany, which it has owned since 2005.
Cardinal Foods delivered consolidated revenues of NOK 1.622 billion, which was a NOK 247 million increase on last year´s results. The Cardinal Foods Group has over the last three years achieved consolidated profits of NOK 142 million before tax.
