The Capman Technology 2007 Fund is set to acquire Danfysik ACP alongside the company’s management.

Danfysik ACP (Advanced Current Products) core business is the development, production and marketing of high-precision current transducers and amplifiers for industrial and medical applications. The company is a global market leader. It also holds a strong position in the market for testing and measurement equipment. The company’s clients include Siemens, Philips and Toshiba.

ACP was valued at EURm 8.6 in the transaction.  The firm is expected to generate revenue over EURm 5 in 2008, and employs 16 people.

The transaction is made by the new company being established, and is expected to be closed during December. The closing is conditional on receiving approval from the competition authorities.
