CapMan sells Gammadata to Innovations Kapital
CapMan has announced it will sell its shares in Gammadata, a Swedish technology company, to fellow private equity investor Innovations Kapital.
CapMan´s funds; CapMan Equity VII A, C, and Sweden, along with Swedestart Tech and Yewtree will sell their 48.2 percent stake in the company to Innovations Kapital, for an undisclosed sum. The funds initially invested in the company in 2004. The exit will not impact CapMan Plc’s result for 2010, as the funds in question are not in carry.
Founded in 1986 and employing around 180 people, Gammadata develops and supplies analysis and measurement equipment based on applied nuclear and surface physics technology for use by research institutes and industry.
