CapMan Technology 2007 fund closes at EUR 142.3 million

CapMan has today announced the closing of its CapMan Technology 2007 Fund at EUR 142.3 million. The fund is one of the largest technology funds ever raised in the Nordic countries. The fund is to invest in expansion and later-stage technology companies.

The fund has already invested in four new portfolio companies, namely the Finnish Mawell Oy, a supplier of ICT solutions to the healthcare sector, the Swedish KMW Energi AB, a manufacturer of biofuel plants, Finnish Movial Applications Oy, a developer of IP communications software, and Danish IT2 Holding ApS, a developer of software for the financial sector.

A total of 12 Nordic institutions have invested in the CapMan Technology 2007 fund. CapMan Plc’s commitment to the fund is EUR 15 million.
