CFO and member of CapMan Plc’s management group Kaisa Arovaara will resign from CapMan as of the 31st of January 2010.
After joining CapMan in 2006 as Deputy CFO, Ms. Arovaara was nominated as CFO and a member of CapMan Plc’s management group in 2007. She will carry on her duties until 31 January 2010. Thereafter, Senior Partner Olli Liitola will take over as acting CFO until a new CFO is appointed.
