The Swedish Companies Registration Office is expected to grant Bure Equity AB and Skanditek Industriförvaltning AB authorisation to implement the planned merger between the two companies.
The merger is scheduled to be granted on the 19th of January 2010 and the merger to be registered on the 27th of January 2010. The merger will dissolve Skanditek and all of Skanditek´s assets and liabilities will be transferred to Bure. Skanditek will also be delisted on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm as of the 22nd of January, should the authorisation proceed as planned.
