Bure and Skanditek have been granted permission to implement their merger by the Swedish Companies Registration Office today.
The Swedish Companies Registration Office is expected to register the merger on the 27th of January, 2010. In connection with the registration of the merger, Skanditek will be dissolved and all assets and liabilities will be transferred to Bure.
