The holding company has today acquired 270 978 shares in Software Innovation ASA through the Oslo Sock Exchange.
Borea Opportunity IV AS is owned by the private equity fund Borea Opportunity II AS. It owns 20 005 210 shares in Software Innovation, following the transaction. The new holdings amount to 90.4 % of the outstanding shares.
