Biotec Pharmacon will focus on bio-pharmaceuticals as it sells Immunocorp Consumer Health to Sana Pharma.

Biotec Pharmacon ASA has reached an agreement on the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiaries Immunocorp Consumer Health AS and Immunocorp Inc. to the Norwegian company Sana Pharma AS for NOK 31.5 million (USD 5.44 million). Immunocorp Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Immunocorp Consumer Health AS, a developer of consumer products based on the immune stimulant and modulant Norwegian Beta Glucan (NBG).

Immunocorp Consumer Health has been part of Biotec Pharmacon’s non-pharmaceutical business and this transaction will allow Biotec Pharmacon to focus on its core businesses including development of pharmaceuticals and marine biochemicals.
