Affecto to aquire Component Software Group ASA
The Finnish company Affecto Plc, a provider of Business Intelligence solutions, announced today its intention to acquire all issued and outstanding shares in Component Software Group ASA, a Norwegian company listed on the OSE, through a public tender offer.
The Component Software Group is a leading provider of business intelligence solutions in the Scandinavian market, headquartered in Oslo, with subsidiaries in Denmark and Sweden. Their business idea is to aid its clients in turning large amounts of data into valuable information and knowledge that can be used in daily management.
In 2006 the group had a turnover of NOK 304 million, and approximately 210 employees.
