The board of directors of Affärsstrategerna AB has decided to request delisting of the stock from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
Due to the fact that Strategisk Holding Sverige AB now owns 88.8 percent of the stock, the current ownership structure violates the NASDAQ OMX requirement of minimum 25 percent “free float”. Furthermore, Strategisk Holding’s share domiation prevents expedient trading in the stock. As a result of this, the board of directors of Affärsstrategerna has decided to request delisting of the stock.
Press release with information regarding last trading day for the Affärsstrategerna stock will follow when the request has been accepted by NASDAQ OMX.
