Aerocrine AB listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange
The Swedish medical technology company Aerocrine, part of Swedestart Life Science Fund’s portfolio which is managed by CapMan, HealthCap, H&B, Investor and Scandinavian Life Science Venture, will today be listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
Swedestart Life Science fund will not sell its shares in Aerocrine in connection with the IPO, and will retain its 6 % stake in the company. The IPO will enable Aerocrine to expand its ownership base, and create further value.
The shares in the issue had a subscription price of SEK 25 each, with a corresponding market capitalisation of approximately SEK 1.150 million.
