The merger seeks to establish a leading high quality bakery chain in a highly fragmented industry that benefits from stable underlying demand. The bakeries' founders as well as investors FSN Captial are confident that the market will offer ample growth opportunities.
This is the first investment of FSN Capital's third fund.
