Fouriertransform invests in Norstel

Swedish government-backed Fouriertransform has acquired acquires shares and convertibles in Norstel AB, which total EUR 10.5 million. Norstel is a power electronics developer.

The company’s largest owners currently include venture capital funds advised by Eqvitec, Creandum and Northzone, as well as the Swedish Sixth AP Fund. The investment, which will be carried out through a directed issue of shares and convertibles, will make Fouriertransform the largest individual shareholder in the company.
