SSPG grows through acquisitions
Valedo Partners´ portfolio company Specialistpsykiatrigruppen (SSPG) expands through the acquisition of four companies.
The companies involved are Partnergruppen, Sociala Tjänster, Prompting and Fabriken, all established players in the Swedish psychiatric industry. The acquisitions will strengthen SSPG's position as a leading actor in the same industry.
