- What should you consider before choosing private equity owners?

It is important to agree on how the company will be managed. I do not believe that financial investors should make all the decisions, because then the entrepreneurs can easily lose their motivation. 

- How did you approach the selection process?

We used First Securities, who proactively led us to the right partner. It was crucial for us to find a partner we could communicate well with and who we felt we could form part of a good team. There were several investors involved in our selection process.

- How has private equity ownership affected your company?

We have been given the opportunity to achieve rapid growth by combining the creativity of the entrepreneurs, with the expertise and capital of the investors.

- What is your best advice to companies who are considering private equity investors?

Communication between the entrepreneurs and a potential investor is essential. Both parties have to listen to each other, in order to can take advantage of both sides´ knowledge and experience.
