Litorina Kapital is a Swedish private equity firm that invests in Nordic, primarily Swedish, privately held companies in the lower end of the mid-market. Investments are not limited to specific industries.
Focus was initially on providing expansion capital to growth companies but since 2002 Litorina is focused on acquiring and growing small and mid sized companies.
Litorina has approximately SEK 2400 million in committed capital across three funds.
